Men's Cross Country earns three personal records at Lansing Community College Invitational

The men's cross country team traveled to Grand Woods Park in Lansing for the Lansing Community College Invitational. The team saw great improvement as 3 out of the 5 runners ran their season best times.

Luke Bentz cut 30 seconds off of his personal best to lead the Cardinals on 29:15. Theodore Eising also took 30 seconds off his personal record to finish in a time of 29:58 and second on the team. Avery Sanchez ran a strong 30:52 after returning from sickness. Adam Fisch competing in his second 8k, ran 29 seconds faster than his race two weeks ago and finished in a time of 30:59. Jared Stiver was able to finally compete and he completed his first 8k in 37:48.

A timing error prevented the Cardinals from seeing their team score. However, it was the first time the team had enough to score this season.

They will be back in action on Friday, October 14 for their home meet.
