Women's golf travels to second Lourdes Invitational

(Ann Arbor, MI) The Concordia Cardinals women's golf team traveled to Sylvania, OH to compete at the second Lourdes Invitational of the fall with this invite at the Sylvania Country Club. 

 

Rachel Yuhas and Amelia Black were the two competitors for the Cardinals at the event as both players competed as individuals. Yuhas finished in a tie for 25th with a total score of 105. Amelia Black was the second Cardinal finisher as she ended in a tie for 30th with a 110 score. 

 

Siena Heights won the team event with a total score of 349 which was five better than Cleary. The top individual golfer was also from Siena Heights as Bethany Nowak won the event by one stroke with a score of 82. 

 

The Cardinals will be back in action early next week as they travel down to compete at the LTU Heritage Hill Collegiate in Shepherdsville, KY starting on Monday October 18.
