Edge has built the Co-Ed Cheer program into a powerhouse at the NAIA level, reaching Nationals each of the last seven seasons, including a national championship in 2019, and a second-place finish in 2023. In addition, the Cardinals have won five consecutive WHAC Championships (2019-23), two NAIA regional championships (and three runner-up finishes), and the first four Cheer CITs (2018-20, 2023). Edge is also a two-time NAIA Coach of the Year and five-time WHAC Coach of the Year (including each of the last four seasons).

Outside of Concordia, she is the Owner of CHEER! MICHIGAN, a summer camp that helps to train all levels of cheer athletes across Michigan. She is a national cheer coach's conference speaker where she presents on team and program building for cheer coaches and athletes. Edge has also been a member of the NAIA Competitive Cheer Executive Committee, currently the Past President. She is a member of the Stunt College Coaches Association and has also coached cheer at the high school level in Michigan and Ohio.
