The Cardinals remained #5 in the country after a 28-21 victory over #11 Indiana Wesleyan. Siena Heights evened their record at 2-2 last week after downing then-#25 Saint Francis (IN) 27-17. Concordia leads the all-time series 6-3.

Player of the Week Honors
Hunter Maynard received Defensive Player of the Week honors at both the MSFA Mideast and the NCCAA level. The senior linebacker racked up 9 tackles and an interception in the Cardinals' 28-21 victory over Indiana Wesleyan. Maynard's interception helped to set up a scoring drive that put Concordia ahead 24-21.
NAIA Football FirstDown Playbook Top 25 Poll
Concordia remained #5 in the country in the latest edition of the NAIA Top 25 poll. MSFA Mideast member Marian moved up one spot to #6 while Indiana Wesleyan fell three spots to #14. Saint Francis (IN) fell out of the national rankings after their loss to Siena Heights. MSFA Midwest member Olivet Nazarene moved up one spot to #13 while Saint Xavier jumped four spots to #18. Roosevelt dropped out of the rankings but was receiving votes.
