The Cardinals stayed at #10 in the country after their 42-21 win over Lawrence Tech last week. Madonna was not in action last Saturday as they had a bye week. CUAA will look to claim their second straight win in the series as the team aims to strengthen their playoff resume.

Gavin Brooks received MSFA Offensive Player of the Week honors for his performance last Saturday. The freshman quarterback threw for 271 yards and 5 touchdowns in the team's 42-21 win over Lawrence Tech. Brooks went 23-32 passing and also rushed for 16 yards on 3 carries.

Concordia remained at #10 as the top 12 teams remained unchanged in the NAIA Coaches Poll. Indiana Wesleyan stayed at #7 and Marian remained #9. In the MSFA Midwest, Saint Xavier jumped four spots to #14 and division leader Saint Francis (IL) broke into the rankings at #21. Olivet Nazarene was dropped from the top 25 but was still receiving votes.
