Men's Bowling ends up in third place at Second WHAC Jamboree

(Allen Park, MI) - The Concordia Cardinals Men's Bowling team traveled to the Thunderbowl Lanes in Allen Park, Michigan for the second Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree of the season as they would see themselveend the individual games in fifth place before the baker games were played and would end the tournament in third place. 

 

CARDINALS RESULTS

Brenden Gossman would be the top individual finisher for the Cardinals with a fifth place finish at 795 pins and a 201 average. Korey Reichard would see the next top finish for the Cardinals at 36th placeand a score of 692 pins.

 

Bowling three games for the Cardinals was David Schaberg and Jeffrey Lizewski who totaled 542 (180.7 average) and 463 (154.3) pins respectively. Logan Teubert who went two games would total 316 pins, while Patrick Good went for one game and hit 158 pins. 

 

JV CARDINAL RESULTS

Hunter Fletcher would tally 697 total pins and finish in 35th place, while Caleb Gard ended with 656 pins. The final bowler for the Cardinals would be Marek Bernhardt with a 523 score. 

 

JAMBOREE TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL WINNER

The individual winner would come from Lawrence Tech JV team as Noah Samuels would hit down 819 pins. Lawrence Tech would also come away with the tournament win knocking down 6780 pins, which was 26 pins over second place Indiana Tech.

The Cardinals will travel to the Falcon Classis in two weekends on October 19th.
