Men's Soccer's Ferrin earns WHAC honors

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced the 2022 Men's Soccer postseason honors on Saturday evening and the Concordia Cardinals Men's Soccer team saw freshman Bryce Ferrin receive honors.

 

Ferrin, a freshman from Bellbrook, Ohio, was named to the WHAC All-Newcomer team as he led the Cardinal's offense with five goals throughout his rookie season. Ferrin's five goals were the third most by a newcomer to the WHAC and tied for the 18th most among all players. Of those five goals, four would be throughout the conference games which was the 10th most in the WHAC. 

 

Also, WHAC All-Academic teams were named on Thursday. The qualifications for the All-Academic team were a junior in academic standing and a cumulative GPA of 3.25. The two Cardinals were Caleb Comstock and Luke Neuhaus

 

 

Caleb Comstock was also recognized as the team's WHAC Champion of Character. The junior was honored for his commitment to the five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
