VanHorn earns fourth WHAC Bowler of the Week honors

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced their weekly awards for Women's Bowling and Concordia Cardinals Gabriella VanHorn won her fourth WHAC Bowler of the Week honor of the season.

 

 

VanHorn, a senior from Holt, Michigan, competed at the Glenn Carlson Invitational and the Collegiate Shootout Glenn Carlson this past week for Concordia. VanHorn finished in 26th place at the Glenn Carlson Invitational, with a high game of 236. She totaled 2684 pins, while averaging 187.1 per game. At the Collegiate Shootout she landed in 35th place, with a high game of 226. She totaled 1125 pins, while averaging 187.5 per game.

 

 

In addition to VanHorn winning her fourth award, freshman Bailey Tomlin has also taken home a WHAC Bowler of the Week honor in early October.

 

 

The next match for the Cardinals is the Kegel Collegiate Classic in Addison, Illinois on January 14th and 15th.
