Vyshonn Munson is starting his first year as the graduate assistant at CUAA.
Prior to this role, Vyshonn played at Illinois Valley Community College from 2017-2020 where he led the team in assists and steals his sophomore year and was academic all-conference.
During the 2020-2021 season, he was a varsity assistant coach at Avondale High School.
Vyshonn played from 2021-2023 at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. During his junior year, he was 2nd in steals. His senior year he led the WHAC in steals. In 2023 Vyshonn earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology.
A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Vyshonn attended Avondale High School and was a 3x varsity basketball letterman.
