(Southfield, MI) The men's soccer team took on the Blue Devils of Lawrence Tech this Saturday in a WHAC matchup. The Cardinals offense struggled to find their footing and the Blue Devils came away with a 3-0 win.
The Cardinal offense did not record a single shot in the first half of action, while the Blue Devils recorded 8. Kyri Wixom and the Cardinal defense did not allow a goal in the first 45 minutes as both teams went into halftime scoreless.
In the second half, Concordia was able to record 3 shots, but none of them were on frame, and the Cards finished the game with zero shots on goal. The Lawrence Tech offense fired off 11 shots in the final 45 minutes and found the back of the net three times to secure the victory.
The Cardinals will now travel to Indiana Tech on Wednesday, October 20th. Kick off will be at 4:00 PM in Fort Wayne.
