(Ann Arbor, MI) Concordia Men's Tennis wrapped up their season with a non-conference match against Olivet, hosting the Comets at the Liberty Athletic club on Saturday. The Cardinals came out strong and closed out their 2023-24 campaign with a 5-2 victory.
Concordia won the doubles point, winning both of the first two matches, while Olivet took the third by default. Jordan Conn and Andrew Dobbs took the top match 6-2, while Ethan Hiltz and Edward Lupas won 7-5 in the second match.
Edward Lupas earned the Cardinals a point with a (6-0, 7-5) win in the #2 singles match, while Joran Conn won the #3 match (6-1, 6-4). Ethan Hiltz had his match go to three sets, but won in the end (6-2, 1-6, 6-1). Logan Fuller came away with the win in the fifth slot with a (6-4, 6-3) finish. Olivet's only points in the match were over Andrew Dobbs in the top match (5-7, 3-6) and by default in the sixth match.
