(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced their Players of the Week for Volleyball on Monday afternoon and Concordia Cardinals Kayla Peters was named the WHAC Attacker of the Week. 

Peters, a senior from Monroe, Michigan, helped the team to a 3-0 start to the season, including a 3-2 comeback win over Huntington. Peters led the team with 35 kills and 3.50 kills per set. Peters also tallied 32 digs on the week which was 3rd highest on the team. 

This is the second time Peters has won WHAC Attacker of the Week, as she won in 2021 as well. 

Peters and the Volleyball team head south for the weekend with four matches, with the first being Oklahoma Wesleyan on Friday, August 1 at 10 AM.
