Concordia Volleyball hosted Aquinas at home.

Claudia Grepke led with 15 kills. Abigail Austin led with 15 digs. Jessalyn Peavyhouse led with 2 solo blocks.

Set 1 24-26

Korie Fowler got a run early on making the score 4-7. Breann June got 2 kills once Concordia got the serve back. Concordia kept the lead by getting kills from Julianna Weems and Jessalyn Peavyhouse, making the score 21-14. Aquinas caught back up though bringing the score to 24-24 where the final score was 26-24 Aquinas.

Set 2 21-25

The score went back and forth at the beginning until 6-6 where Aquinas pulled ahead 16-8. Emiline Wood, Leah Troyer, and Korie Fowler kept the serve and Claudia Grepke, Kayla Peters, and Jacey Powell added a few kills bringing the score back up 17-15. From there it would stay close but Aquinas came out on top 25-21

Set 3 25-16

Aquinas got the first two points but Concordia took the lead 7-4. They kept the lead throughout the set and it would slowly grow to 24-15 thanks to kills from Kayla Peters, Jacey Powell, Abigail Austin, Claudia Grepke, and Jessalyn Peavyhouse, assists by Abigail Austin, and digs by McKenzie Peters and Korie Fowler. The score was 16-24 when Julianna Weems finished the set with a beautiful kill assisted by Abigail Austin.

Set 4 14-25

Concordia opened the set with a kill by Claudia Grepke. Claudia would get 2 more kills early on and Jacey Powell and Abigail Austin each had a kill by the time the score was 9-9. From there Aquinas would keep the lead finishing the set 25-14.

Concordia will be back in action on October 4th when they head to Rochester to play at 7:00 PM
