Men's Cross Country runs at Lansing Community College 8k Invitational

(Lansing, MI) Concordia men's cross country took home four personal records at Friday's Lansing Community College 8k Invitational. 

 

Freshman Luke Bentz (Fort Wayne, IN) lead the way for the Cardinals, running across the line in a time of 29:22.5. In addition to the personal record for Bentz, teammates Theodore Eising (Sophomore; Royal Oak, MI), Noah Starkey (Sophomore; Macomb, MI) and Noah Finley (Freshman; Monroe, MI) also took home personal bests.  Eising and teammate Avery Sanchez (Allen Park, MI) finished the race in times of 31:09.2 and 31:19.7, respectively. Not far behind them was fellow sophomore Starkey with a completion time of 32:02.9. Taking more than 3 minutes off of his 8k time, Finley stepped across the line at 36:41.7. With more than 22 teams at the event, the men took home a 19th place finish.
