Softball Announces 2021-22 Recruiting Class

Softball Announces 2021-22 Recruiting Class

(Ann Arbor, MI) – Head Coach Hailey Cavanagh is excited to announce the official 2021-22 Softball recruiting class commits. The Cardinals are coming off a season in which they finished as the runner-up in the 2021 NCCAA World Series. The coaching staff was ecstatic about the Cardinals return to the diamond after their season was cut short in 2020 due to the global pandemic and are excited about the future of these new additions to their program. Coach Cavanagh has announced the signings of 13 student athletes that will join the softball program this fall.

"Our incoming Cardinals have an awesome opportunity to impact our program and help elevate us to another level. Truly, this group is one of the best all-around academic classes we've recruited, and they match that with really great talent from accomplishments during their prep careers and in travel. This group is a little bit of everything; power, speed and versatility – but even more so one of the grittiest classes."
