(Ann Arbor, MI) Concordia Women's Tennis hosted Indiana Tech at the Liberty Athletic Club Tuesday afternoon for a WHAC matchup. The Warriors came away victorious 5-2.
Indiana Tech took the doubles point by sweeping the #1 Doubles match over Elle Fritcha and Hollie Johnson and the #2 Doubles match against Jadyn Hackmann and Jorja Vartoogian. Melanie Foucha and Sydney Orkisz won their #3 Doubles match by default.
Elle Fritcha fell in the #1 Singles match, taking a pair of games. In #2 Singles, Hollie Johnson took a game, as well as Jadyn Hackmann in the #3 slot. Amelia Black was swept in the #4 Singles match.
Payton Woodruff and Jorja Vartoogian earned the Cardinals' two points in the match, winning the #5 and #6 Singles matches by default.
Next up for the Cardinals will be another home WHAC match against Aquinas at 5:00 PM on Friday, April 21st.
