(Muncie, IN) The Concordia Men's Golf Team competed at the IU-East Invitational Friday. The event took place at Delaware Country Club and the Cardinals took seventh place. The team posted the seventh best two-round score in program history with a 677.

Neil Heinlein scored the program's 7^th best two-day score with a 162. He also scored the Cardinals' best round of the day with a 77 in round two.

Dalton Stiegler ended the day with a 169 through two rounds. Freshman, Zakary Schroeder was not far behind with a 172. Joshua Line and Travis Lysiak rounded out the Cardinals' efforts with a 174 and 187 respectively.

IU-East won the team competition with a 602, and their Jake Miller won the individual competition with a 143.

Next on the schedule for the Cardinals is the WHAC Fall Preview on September 26^th and 27^th. The competition will be at Bedford Valley in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
