Earl Schumake will be entering his 10th season on staff at Concordia. Coach Schumake will be coaching the Running Backs after serving as the Cardinal's Cornerbacks Coach for eight seasons.

Schumake is a native of Southeastern Michigan and graduated from Aiport High School. Earl currently resides in Ann Arbor.
