(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced their weekly Player of the Week honors for Women's Outdoor Track & Field and Concordia Cardinals jumper, Jayde Ullenbruch, earned her first career outdoor honor after earning a pair of indoor honors earlier this season.
Ullenbruch, a sophomore from Port Huron, Michigan, broke the school record and hit an NCCAA Qualifying mark for Long Jump on Saturday with a jump of 5.50 meters, beating the record by .09 meters. Ullenbruch took home a second place finish at the Elaine Leigh Invite. Ullenbruch also competed in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.05 seconds and the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 15.76, which was also a school record.
The team is back in action at home to close out their regular season for the CUAA Legacy Alumni Meet on Friday and Saturday, April 25-26.
