(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced their Players of the Week for Women's Tennis on Monday afternoon and Concordia Cardinals Isabella Macquet was named the WHAC Tennis Player of the Week

Macquet, a freshman from Durban, South Africa, picked up a pair of wins in her Cardinal debut against Olivet over the weekend. Playing in the #2 singles match, she recorded 6-0 and 6-0 wins over the Comet's player. She teamed up with Elle Fritcha in the #1 Doubles to pick up the 8-1 win. 

Macquet and the Tennis team will be back in action on September 16, when they travel to Adrian, Michigan for a matchup against Adrian College.
