Carl Baker

Carl Baker is entering his fifth year as the goalie coach for Concordia.  Before coaching at Concordia, Baker spent the past four years (2017-2020) coach at Dexter as the head JV coach (2019-2020), and the head middle school coach (2017-2018).  Coach Baker was the defensive coordinator, and the goalie coach.  During his coaching tenure at Dexter, Baker never had more than 4 loses in a season as the head coach.  Coach Baker has had multiple former players go on to play at the collegiate level at the NAIA level, and NCAA D3.  

 

 Prior to coaching, Baker played on Western Michigan University club lacrosse team for 2 years.  While on the team, Baker saw Western have their first winning season in the last 9 years.  

 

 Before playing lacrosse at Western, Baker helped out with Dexter’s 5th & 6th grade team, and was the middle school head coach for 2 years (2012-2013).
