NCCAA CHAMPIONSHIP PREVIEW: Cardinals set compete at NCCAA Championships for first time since 2017

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Concordia Cardinals Women's Cross Country team is headed to Warsaw, Indiana to compete at the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championships on Friday morning. This is the team's sixth appearance at the event.

LAST TIME AT NCCAA

The last time the Cardinals qualified for the NCCAA National Championship was in 2017. The Cardinals placed eighth overall, with a team time of 1:47:23 and 193 points. Stephanie Johnston was the top finisher for the team as she finished in seventh with a time of 18:11.76.  

 

THIS YEAR

The Cardinals qualified for the National Championships at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge in October when they recorded a team time of 1:50:06.
