(Ann Arbor, MI) - The College Sport Communicators (CSC) released their 2024-25 At-Large Academic All-District winners on Tuesday afternoon, and several Concordia Cardinals were given honors.
Jesus Pulido, a member of the Competitive Cheer team, is a senior from Fredericksburg, Virginia, and earned a 3.90 cumulative GPA while being a part of the Athletic Training program.
Men's Bowling's Connor Rogus, a sophomore from Macomb, Michigan, recorded a 3.80 GPA while studying Finance.
Gibson Wilke, a member of the Men's Golf team, is a senior from Tecumseh, Michigan. Wilke tallied a 3.54 cumulative GPA while studying Accounting.
Ross Preston, who is a member of the Men's Lacrosse team, earned a cumulative GPA of 3.79. Hart is a junior from Brighton, Michigan.
Gavin Scally is a member of the Men's Lacrosse team and is a junior in the Justice and Public Policy program. He earned a GPA of 3.56 and is from Lambertville, Michigan.
Men's Lacrosse's Michael Hart is a junior from Harrison Township, Michigan, and had a 3.51 GPA while studying Secondary Education.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District At-Large Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
College Sport Communicators is a 3,200+ member national association for strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada. The organization was previously known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and was changed to its new name in August of 2022.
Nominees for the All-District team must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.50. The student-athlete must reach sophomore athletic eligibility to qualify for the honor.
The five Cardinals will now be placed on the ballot for CSC All-America consideration with those teams being released on July 9th.
