(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Concordia Cardinals men's track and field team is set for competition at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) meet this Friday and Saturday at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI.

TRACK EVENTS
A total of nine different running events will feature individual Cardinal athletes and there will also be a team in two of the relays. Concordia will see runners in the 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1,000m, 1-mile, 3,000m, 5000m, and 60m hurdles. They will also have teams run in the 4x800m relay and the 4x400m relay.
SHORT DISTANCE
60m dash will have Moe Kado, Frank Swanson, and Nikao Williams compete. Swanson is currently 14th in the WHAC
200m dash Elijah Boye, Dillan Johns, Moe Kado, Noah Starkey, Frank Swanson, and Nikao Williams. Starkey is currently ranked 20th with a time of 22.45 and Williams is 25th with 23.01.
400m dash will have Dylan Anderson, Elijah Boye, Dillan Johns, Zak Schroeder, and Noah Starkey.
LONG DISTANCE
800m Luke Bentz, Dominic Catallo, Dylan Ladmirault, and Jared Stiver.
Avery Sanchez will be the sole Cardinal running the 1,000m run
The 1-mile run will feature a duo of Cardinals competing with Dominic Catallo and Theodore Eising each running the race.
3000m run Micah Bauer, Adam Fisch, Avery Sanchez. Bauer is ranked 23 with a time of 9.03.92.
Micah Bauer will run the 5000m race, in which he is currently ranked 6th with a time of 15.18.51
HURDLES
Elijah Boye will be the only hurdle runner. He is competing in the 60 m, ranked 23rd with a time of 9.68.
RELAYS
4x 400m team will be Dylan Anderson, Zak Schroeder, Nikao Williams, and Noah Starkey. Concordia is currently ranked 7th with a time of 3.29.87
The 4x800 m team will be Luke Bentz, Zak Schroeder, Dominic Catallo, Teddy Eising, and Avery Sanchez. Concordia is ranked 4th with a time of 8.23.78
FIELD EVENTS
Cardinal field athletes will compete in five different field events over the weekend. CUAA will see competitors in the Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, and Weight Throw.
Thomas Haynie will compete in both the high jump and long jump. Haynie is ranked 18th in the high jump with a height of 1.75 m.
Jake Ramirez will be the sole triple-jumper. He is ranked 6th with a distance of 12.72m.
Shot put will have Jesse Litzow and Garard Noel compete. Litzow is ranked 3rd with a distance of 13.82m.
Garard Noel will also compete in Weight Throw with Scott Smith. Smith is ranked 12th with 14.82m.
