(Shepherdsville, KY) The Cardinal Men's team opened their spring season this weekend at the LTU Heritage Hill Collegiate in Kentucky. As a team the Cardinals took 9th place after shooting 974 over three rounds.  

CUAA Scores  

Gibson Wilke was the top scorer for the Cardinals finishing in 28th with a 237, while Andrew Sweitzer, Jack Burnett, and Zakary Schroeder all finished in the 40's with scores of 245, 245, and 247 respectively. Jack Kallsen was the final golfer for the team as he finished in 51st with a 260.  

Results 

Cumberlands won the event while shooting 878 as a team over three rounds. The Cardinals saw in-conference opponents finish ahead of them with Madonna taking 4th and Siena Heights 8th. 

The Cardinals will be back in action at The Cardinal Classic in South Lyon, MI on April 7th.
