(Ypsilanti, MI) Concordia Men's and Women's Tennis programs welcomed back alumni from throughout the years for their inaugural alumni match. Hosted at the Chippewa Club, over 15 alumni from the men's and women's programs returned to the court for one last time as a Cardinal.

"Former women's tennis coach, Kaylee Tucker, and I worked together to organize a fun filled alumni tennis event," said Head Coach Dean Boodakian. "Over a dozen players that have graduated under our coaching the past 5 years came out to join the current roster for match play. Many players brought their new families along with them. Fortunately, we had perfect weather and it was awesome to see a lot of former players get together with their old teammates to shake the dust off their racquets. It was a bittersweet day to have a first and last alumni tennis match."

The Concordia tennis teams have concluded the fall portion of their schedule and will pick things back up in the spring for their conference schedule.
