STUNT takes first win in program history

(Ann Arbor, MI) Saturday, Concordia STUNT had a double header match with Concordia Chicago. The Cardinals gained their first program win with a 13 to 9 score against the Cougars in the first match. 

 

The Cardinal Power Players for the match were lead by Danyelle Beckesh, followed by freshmen Hailey Payne and Brianna Domagalski. "It was a big goal for this first year team to secure one win on the season. It was even more rewarding to do that at home," reflects coach Kate Edge.

 

The two Concordias, closely matched during the second contest as well. However, the Cougars pulled ahead with a 13 to 10 win. Beckech and Payne again lead as power players.

 

"This was also the first time that our team scored back to back double digits in game play," said Edge. 

 

The STUNT team ends their inaugural year with a 1-8 record.
