(Kansas City, MO) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its honorees of nearly 5,800 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes over the past week as the 2023 Spring sports are all approaching the final week of their season.
The NAIA made the change this past summer to announce scholar-athletes around the time of the sports championship while keeping scholar-team announcements following the spring semester.
Student-athletes were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for having a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade point average and attending college for at least two full years.
Concordia had 45 Scholar-Athletes honored by the NAIA throughout the past week as being on their respective teams. This brings the Cardinal's total for the 2022-23 year to 112.
