Men's Golf competes in the Battle of the Brae

(Augusta, MI)- The Concordia University Men's Golf Team traveled to Stoatin Brae Golf Club to participate in the Battle of the Brae on Friday and Saturday. The Cardinals placed 7th out of 8 teams in the Battle of the Brae with a team score of 636.

 

CUAA Scores

 

Andrew Sweitzer was the top golfer for the Cardinals on the weekend, placing tied for 26th individually with a total score of 156 over the weekend. Jack Burnett finished right behind him, tied for 29th place with a score of 157. Zak Schroeder was tied for 33rd place with a total score of 161. Gibson Wilke finished tied for 36th place with a score of 162 throughout the weekend. Jack Kallsen placed 48th overall with a score of 184.

 

Tournament Results

 

Lawrence Tech won the tournament with a score of 582, barely beating Cornerstone and Madonna, who both scored 588 overall.

 

The Cardinals will travel back to Stoatin Brae Golf Club in Augusta, MI, for the WHAC Championships on April 28th.
