(Ann Arbor, MI) - The College Sport Communicators (CSC) announced All-District teams for the 2024 season and three Concordia Cardinals players would be honored on the team.
The three Cardinals who were honored are, Elle Fritcha, Hollie Johnson, and Ethan Hiltz.
Elle Fritcha, a senior from Fort Wayne, IN, studies biomedical science and has a recorded GPA of 3.74.
Hollie Johnson a junior from Fort Wayne, IN, studies elementary education and has a recorded GPA of 3.98.
Ethan Hiltz a junior from Riverview, MI, studies nursing and has a recorded GPA of 3.82.
The 2024 Academic All-District Tennis Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
College Sport Communicators is a 3,200+ member national association for strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada. The organization was previously known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and was changed to its new name in August of 2022.
Nominees for the All-District team must have participated in at least 70% of the total matches played by the team that includes a team score.
The three Cardinals will now be placed on the ballot for CSC All-America consideration with those teams being released on May, 21st, 2024.
