STUNT goes 1-1 in weekend play

(Olivet, MI) Concordia's STUNT team traveled to Olivet College for a dual match meet day. The Cards opened up the afternoon with a 13-4 loss to Hiram College.

"We struggled a bit in our opening rounds. But, ended strongly in the 4th quarter to secure points. We continue to work toward consistency in this area," said Head Coach Kate Edge.

But, the ladies of STUNT turned it back around in contest two with a decided 10-1 win over Olivet.

"The team was very focused in this second game to not lose points and to secure the win. Their efforts and energy paid off," said Edge.

In STUNT individual athletes receive "power ratings". These ratings combine an athlete's score for the round (earned when the team takes a point) times the level of routine.
