Men's Tennis drops conference match at Cornerstone

(Grand Rapids, MI) Concordia Men's Tennis continued conference play on Saturday with a road match at Cornerstone. The match at Grand Rapids Racquet Club and Fitness ended in favor of Cornerstone, 7-0.

 

The Golden Eagles won the doubles portion of the event for the first point of the day. In #1 Doubles Fran Melcher and Ethan Szabados were able to take a game from their opponents, but ultimately fell 1-6.

 

Cornerstone swept all six singles matches, not giving up a game in three of the matches and winning two by forfeit. Ethan Hiltz was able to win a game at #3 Singles, but dropped the match to his counterpart.

 

Next up for the Cardinals will be an away match at Manchester University.
