(Ann Arbor, MI) – The Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced the Players of the Week for April 15-April 22 and Men's Track & Field athlete Jake Ramirez earned WHAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week after his performance at the Don Kleinow Invitational. 

Ramirez, a freshman from Irvine, California, claimed a first-place finish at the meet this weekend in the Triple Jump event. Ramirez' jump of 13.06 meters earned first as well as an NCCAA Qualifying mark and his personal best jump. 

The Track & Field team will prepare for their sole home meet of the season as the CUAA Legacy Meet will be held at the Thunder Sports Complex on Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26.
