Women's Golf competes at Lourdes Spring Invitational

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Concordia Cardinals women's golf team once again hit the road for the Lourdes Invitational as this time they headed to Legacy by Arthur Hills Golf Club in Ottawa Lake, MI. 

 

The Cardinals had three golfers at the event as Amelia Black, Rachel Yuhas and Lilly Alaspa all competed. Black had the lowest score of the meet for the Cardinals as she scored a 102 which saw her end in a tie for 27th place. Rachel Yuhas was the next top finisher for Concordia shooting a 109, while Lilly Alaspa rounded out the Cardinals scoring with a 117.

 

Kalamazoo won the team event with a total score of 357 which bested Siena Heights by sevens hots. The top of the individual race saw a tie between UNOH's Zoe Wuermli and Siena Heights' Bethany Nowak who both were able to shoot an 82 on the day. 

 

The Cardinals head back to the links on Monday and Tuesday as they head to the LTU Shootout at Stonehedge in Augusta, MI.
