The Concordia University Ann Arbor Athletic Department announced that Erica Yost has been hired as the Director of Game Operations, Athletic Facilities, and the Student Athlete Experience.

Erica Yost comes to Concordia after being the Video Coordinator, Director of Scouting at University of Wisconsin. She was also the recruiting coordinator for Next College Student Athlete.

Concordia Athletic Director Lonnie Pries says, "Erica comes to Concordia with a great amount of experience in a variety of different areas that will help her be successful here at CUAA.  Erica will have a chance to greatly impact our department as she oversees game operations, all of our facilities, and ways we can improve the experience for our student athletes.  Erica is also passionate about her faith in Jesus and it will be exciting to see how she can incorporate that in her new role."

Yost is a 2011 graduate of Goshen College in Indiana where she earned both Physical Education and Youth Ministry degrees. Previous to her work at University of Wisconsin and NCSA, she was the Coordinator of Player Development and Assistant Director of Operations at Bradley University in Illinois for former Concordia coach, Andrea Gorski.
