NAIA ALL-AMERICANS: Trio of Cardinals named to NAIA Competitive Cheer All-American teams

(Kansas City, MO) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced their All-American teams for the 2024-2025 Competitive Cheer season and a trio of Concordia Cardinals were named to the list. Being named to the First Team was Zion Moorman, while Celina Hinojosa was named to the Second Team and Eunique Robinson was named to the Third Team.

Head Coach Kate Edge had this to say about Moorman, Hinojosa and Robinson, "These athletes have explained what it means at Concordia Cheer to push yourself and your skill level."

Moorman is a repeat First Team All-American from last season and was named to the Second Team in his first season as a Cardinal.

Hinojosa makes her second appearance on an All-American team as she was on the Third Team last season and was an Honorable Mention the year before.

Robinson also makes her second appearance on an All-American team as she was on the Second Team a year ago.

To achieve NAIA All-American status, student-athletes participated in tryouts which the judges officiated at the Championship. Officials determined the All-American scores by taking into account the stunts, jumps, and tumbling of the athletes.

Last week the Cardinals competed at the National Championships and finished in 11th place.
