Dance's Koshowsky named NAIA All-American Honorable Mention

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2023 Competitive Dance All-America teams on Monday and Lindsey Koshowsky has been named NAIA All-America Honorable Mention. This is the second time in Koshowsky's Cardinals career she is receiving honorable mention honors as she earned them back in 2021 as well.

To achieve NAIA All-America or Honorable Mention status, student-athletes participated in a tryout at one of the NAIA Regional Qualifiers. Officials judged the athletes during the tryout and the All-American teams were determined by the judges' scores which took into account leaps, pirouettes, turns, and choreography.

Koshowsky also received honors from the WHAC as she was named to the First Team All-Conference and was joined by Makenna Burke who was honored with the Second Team All-Conference.

Koshowsky is one of two Cardinals to receive NAIA All-American status as Kayla Boye was also named to the Honorable Mention list as well in 2019.
