The men's indoor track and field team competed for the first time this winter as they traveled to Marion, Indiana for the IWU Invitational. The meet was hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University and took place inside the Troyer Fieldhouse. The two day event featured preliminary rounds and field events on Friday, followed by distance events and final rounds on Saturday. The Cardinals posted many strong performances, personal records, and notable highlights for their first time out this season.

- Avery Sanchez (2:13.53), Adam DiMaggio (2:19.97), and Theodore Eising (2:25.95) all posted personal bests in the 800m finals. The three Cardinals placed 15th, 20th, and 21st in the competitive field.

- Ethan Szabados took 14th in the high jump finals with a mark of 1.71m.

The Cardinals will focus on a week of indoor training and workouts while turning their attention to Friday's meet. The Cardinals will travel to Fort Wayne, Ind. as Indiana Tech will host the Turnstone Invitational.
