(Ann Arbor, Mich.) Cardinals Track & Field team hosted a last chance meet at the Thunder Sports Complex, on Friday. This mini meet included all four throws events, high jump and pole vault. Several invididuals from WHAC member institutions joined the Cardinals in Ann Arbor looking for one last chance to meet NAIA or NCCAA qualifying marks. Despite a weather delay, the majority of participants were able to compete.

Mike Brannan (Dearborn Heights, MI) also added multiple meters to his javelin throw, throwing 39.20m. In the shot put, Richard Branch (Detroit, MI) earned his spot at the NCCAA meet with a new best of 13.08m, and threw a new personal best in the discus with a toss of 31.03m. Finally, Eric Bugg (Ida, MI) crushed his own hammer school record, throwing 47.77m.
