(Crystal Lake, IL) - The Concordia Women's Soccer team headed on the road for their latest matchup of the 2022 season. The team traveled to face off against the Judson Eagles. The Cardinals came into the match with a 1-3-1, while Judson came in at 3-2.
The Eagles opened up the scoring early in the game in the third minute from Kelly Leon. Just 8 minutes later the Eagles would tack on back-to-back goals, with Kelly getting her second.
The Cards would then see three of their own shots fall wide or high of the net before the Eagles tacked on two more goals before the half.
Much of a back-and-forth second half as the Cards pushed on offense as they were able to rattle a couple more shots off. The Eagles scored once more in the half to finalize the score at 6-0.
The Cards will next travel to Bethel (IN) on Wednesday for one final non-conference tuneup before the conference season next Saturday at home.
