(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced their weekly Player's of the Week and Concordia Cardinals Gus Simon earned WHAC Player of the Week for her performance in the three game series against IU Columbus. 

Simon, a sophomore from Warren, Michigan, totaled four base hits in the first three Cardinal games of the 2025 season. CUAA's leadoff hitter hit a pair of home runs in the opening game and tallied a total of four RBIs in the three games as well as three stolen bases in the games. Simon recorded a slugging percentage of 1.500 and an on-base percentage of 0.615.

The Cardinals are back in action today against Toccoa Falls before heading to Olivet Nazarene for a four game series this upcoming weekend.
