Men's Tennis taken down by Aquinas

(Ann Arbor, MI) Concordia Men's Tennis competed in another WHAC matchup as they hosted Aquinas at the Liberty Athletic Club Friday evening. The Saints defeated the Cardinals 7-0 in the match.

 

Aquinas won the doubles point, winning 6-1 over Phillip Curry and Ethan Szabados in #1 Doubles, sweeping Paul Vocu and Ethan Hiltz in #2 Doubles, and winning #3 Doubles by default.

 

In singles action, Paul Vocu took a pair of games in #1 Singles, while Ethan Szabados and Andrew Todd each took a game in #3 and #5 Singles respectively. The Saints swept the #2 and #4 Singles matches over Phillip Curry and Ethan Hiltz. Aquinas took the #6 match by default.

 

The Cardinals will be at the Olivet Singles Invitational on Saturday before the WHAC Tournament next week on Wednesday, April 26th.
