Women's Bowling takes 5th at WHAC Jamboree III

(Lansing, MI) The Women's Bowling team competed in the third WHAC Jamboree of the season on Saturday and took 5th out of the 10 varsity teams with a total of 6531 pins. Shannon Geiger led the Cardinals with a total of 774 pins.

 

 

Geiger landed in 13th place in the individual competition and also bowled the best game of the day for the Cards with 242 pins in her second of four games.

 

The only other Cardinal to bowl all four games was Gabriella Van Horn who had the second highest total of the day with a 707.

 

A trio of Cardinals bowled three games in Isabell Cooley, Alyvia Hock, and Emilee Hughes. They totaled scores of 527, 507, and 496 respectively.

 

Amanda Fisher bowled in two games for Concordia and tallied the second highest Cardinal score of the day twice. Fisher knocked down 193 pins in both of the games she bowled.

 

Arielle Oakley bowled one game on the day, knocking down 137 pins.

 

 

Next up for the Cardinals is the Glenn Carlson Invitational at the South Point Bowling Center in Las Vegas. The competition will run from December 17th to the 19th.
