(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Association (WHAC) announced their weekly Player of the Week honors for 2/19-2/25 and Concordia Cardinals women's lacrosse player Madeline Turcotte earned the first honors of her young Cardinal career. The team starts the year out at 2-0. 

Turcotte, a freshman from Hartland, Michigan, earned WHAC Defensive honors after picking up 18 draw controls and causing 6 turnovers throughout the Cardinals 2 games. Turcotte aided on the offensive side of the ball as well scoring 6 goals and tallying 1 assist. 

The women's lacrosse team is back in action at 3 PM today, February 26, as they take on Georgetown on the road.
