The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced the 2020-21 Academic All-District NAIA football team and the Cardinals had three members on the team led by Andrew Foerster's repeat selection. Hunter Maynard and Nick Painter were also selected to the first team.

Andrew Foerster was voted in by Sports Information Directors from District 1 that includes 22 states. After being named to the all-district team in 2019, Foerster continues to play an integral role on the defensive line for the Cards. Foerster is a secondary education major with a cumulative GPA of 3.50.

Linebacker Hunter Maynard had a team leading 51 tackles for the Cardinals in the spring of 2021. The Plain City, Ohio, native tallied 5.0 tackles for loss, a shared sack, and two passes defensed on the year as well. Maynard is studying Elementary Education and has a 3.71 cumulative GPA.

Long snapper Nick Painter has started in every game for the last two seasons for the Cardinals. Painter was a key member of the Concordia special teams unit that had several crucial punts and game winning kicks on their way to a fourth consecutive playoff appearance. Hailing from Garden City, Michigan, Painter is a sophomore studying Athletic Training and has accumulated a 3.85 GPA.

The three Cardinals will now be placed on the ballot for CoSIDA All-America consideration with those teams being released in mid-July.
