Kerbawy named to All-Newcomer Team as WHAC announces Postseason honors

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released their postseason conference honors for Men's Soccer on Monday morning. They saw a couple of Cardinals honored by the conference for their efforts this season. 

 

ALL-NEWCOMER TEAM

 

CARTER KERBAWY | FR | ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN

 

 

Kerbawy was the top freshman assister in the WHAC this season with six, while also leading the team. On top of the six assists, Kerbawy scored three goals this season. His six assists on the season are tied for the fifth-most in program history. 

 

Also, WHAC All-Academic teams were named on Thursday. The qualifications for the All-Academic team were a sophomore in academic standing and a cumulative GPA of 3.25. Those five Cardinals were Caleb Comstock, Nicholas Kiafoulis, Elijah Macke, Carl Pierce, and Andre Wangandu

 

 

Clemens Gehlich was the team's nominee for the WHAC Champions of Character. The freshman was honored for his commitment to the five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
