(Ann Arbor, MI) Concordia Women's Tennis returned to action on Saturday morning with a WHAC contest against the Lourdes Gray Wolves at the Liberty Athletic Club. The Cardinals fell in the match 0-7.
The Cardinals were swept in Doubles action, with Elle Fritcha and Hollie Johnson falling 6-1 in #1 Singles, and Jadyn Hackmann and Makayla Steinmetz falling 6-1 in #2 Doubles.
Elle Fritcha fought hard in her #1 Singles match, going 2-6, 4-6. Hollie Johnson came away with two in her #2 Singles match. Makayla Steinmetz was swept at #3 Singles. Jadyn Hackmann and Jorja Vartoogian each took a game in their #4 and #5 Singles matches respectively.
Next up for the Cardinals will be another WHAC match, against Lawrence Tech on Tuesday, April 4th.
