(Ann Arbor, MI) - Concordia football will be hosting Defiance College this week to continue their season. The Cardinals will look to even their record after a 35-14 setback against Olivet Nazarene last week. Defiance College will be playing their opening game of the season against the Cardinals. This is the first meeting between the programs since Defiance joined the NAIA this year.

Defiance finished 4-6 overall last year. The Yellow Jackets will be competing in their first year as an NAIA member, joining the MSFA Mideast Division. Head Coach Bill Nickell enters his third year at the helm of the program.
