Concordia kicked off to Lawrence Tech to begin the game.  Both teams traded defensive stops on their opening possessions.  After the Cardinal defense forced a turnover on downs, the offense put together an 8-play, 67-yard drive to take the lead.  Jon Jasionowski ran for a 20-yard touchdown to give CUAA a 7-0 lead after the first quarter.

In the second quarter, Lawrence Tech scored 10 unanswered points to briefly take the lead.  The Cardinals responded on their next series with a 7-play, 75-yard scoring drive.  Colby Kohmescher broke runs of 37 and 22 yards and James Carpenter punched in a 4-yard touchdown to finish the drive.  An interception by Lawrence Tech gave them the ball at the CUAA 10-yard line with just over a minute to play.  However, the Cardinal defense stepped up to force a missed field goal. CUAA led 14-10 at halftime.

Concordia started with the ball in the third quarter and made an 11-play, 75-yard drive with Colby Kohmescher running in a 9-yard touchdown.  Caiden Thomas added a 33-yard field goal late in the quarter to give CUAA a 24-10 lead.

In the fourth quarter, the Cardinals ran seven straight running plays with Jon Jasionowski rushing for a 5-yard touchdown.  The CUAA defense held strong to maintain their lead and keep Lawrence Tech from adding more points.  On the team's final drive, Hayden Prone and Nick Blose saw time at running back to help seal the 31-10 victory.
