(Ann Arbor, MI) - The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) has announced its weekly Player of the Week for Football. Concordia Cardinals junior linebacker Liam Karry earned defensive honors for his effort in the team's 34-10 win over Defiance College.

Karry, a junior from New Baltimore, Michigan, recorded the second-most tackles on the team with eight. Of those eight tackles, five were solo, two were sacks, and three-and-a-half were for a loss. 

This is Karry's second NCCAA Player of the Week honor, having one once last season. 

Karry and the Cardinals will be back in action on Saturday, September 14 when they travel to #6 Marian for a 6:05 PM kickoff.
